We have successfully supplied the Heap Leaching Emitters to one of our client Zes-Erdene LLC. Ore-Max Max-Emitterline 1.5 LPH (0.375 GPH) is continuous tubing with Max-Emitters installed internally and welded to the inside of the tubing. Standard features such as 330° turbulent flow, hundreds of 330° screened inlets and dual outlets drilled 180° apart make the Max-Emitterline the performance choice for leaching systems. Four outlets at 90° is optional.

Purpose of Emitters:
Emitters are small devices that release the leaching solution (containing chemicals to dissolve metals) onto the ore heap.

Types of Emitters:

  • Drippers: These are commonly used in heap leaching, designed to deliver a slow, steady flow of solution.

  • Pressure-Compensated Drippers: These drippers maintain a consistent flow rate even if there are changes in water pressure, ensuring uniform distribution across the heap.

  • Anti-Clogging Technology: Emitters are designed to prevent clogging, which is essential for continuous operation.
