SPZ270Ballast regulator is one of the key machines in the railway maintenance train applicable for new line construction, existing line overhaul and maintenance operation. It can be used for track bed ballast regulation, profiling and sleeper sweeping, etc. The machine always works with Leveling, Lifting and Lining Tamping Machine and Dynamic Stabilizer as a track line maintenance train set or with Ballast Cleaning Machine, Leveling, Lifting and Lining Tamping Machine and Dynamic Stabilizer as a track line overhauls maintenance train set. In the train formation, the machine is located either between the cleaning machine and tamping machine or behind the tamping machine, and finally it profiles the track bed into desired shape and sweep up the ballast left on the sleepers.
