Electrode 422

J422 – carbon steel electrodes with calcium – titanium (basic rutile) coating. Combines the advantages of electrodes with a basic and rutile type of coating. Suitable for both AC and DC. Welding can be done in any position. The electrode has excellent welding and mechanical properties, a stable arc, less welding spatter, good dross pulverization, easy re-ignition, and a good looking weld. The scale of the weld can be wide, narrow, thin and thick.
