GJ-01 Track Inspection Machine

The GJ-01 rail inspection machine adopts inertial reference and laser section imaging principles to measure the geometric parameters of rail , and performs rail corrugation inspection based on string measurement which can be used for the rail dynamic detection, and provide basis for guiding raiI maintenance. Through the high integration of multiple inspection functions, the GJ-01 can simultaneously perform rail geometry inspection, rail full-section inspection, rail corrugation inspection, etc. in a single operation. Compared with the traditional single-function inspection machine, the operating efficiency is increased by about 30%.
