Grinding machine SSHGR

Grinding machine SSHGR is used to grind the rail head from the rolling surface to the sides. SSHGR consists of an electric drive, a frame assembly, a device for feeding a grinding wheel to the working area and a protective cover. The frame design includes a mechanism for adjusting the position of the grinding wheel. At the ends of the frame, roller supports are fixed, designed to move the machine along one line of the railway track during operation, as well as to limit the impact on the operator of the torque that occurs during the grinding process. The handle is designed to move the machine during grinding both along and across the rail, as well as for its transportation. The grinding wheel changes the feed height using the handwheel.
