Ultrasonic flaw detector UDS2-RDM-33

The ultrasonic flaw detector UDS2-RDM-33 is designed for ultrasonic testing of welded joints of railway rails and other products made of carbon and alloy steels and alloys. The flaw detector can also be used for secondary inspection of railway rails of the P43, P50, P65, P75 types laid in the track based on the results of mechanized inspection by ultrasonic and combined flaw detector cars and railcars, as well as for pre-welding inspection of the end sections of rails before they are welded at rail welding plants or on the way. The two-channel flaw detector implements the echo method, the shadow method, the mirror-shadow method, the mirror method and the delta method of ultrasonic testing with combined, separate and separately-combined switching schemes.
